Garda Pinot Grigio D.O.P.
Made from specially selected grapes from the eponymous vineyard, San Isidoro is Pinot Grigio par excellence. The old vines, refreshed by the breezes of the Adige Valley, make each little berry into a jewel, in which the aromas and flavours are concentrated so as to produce an excitingly attractive taste profile.

GRAPES: Pinot Grigio 100%.
PRODUCTION ZONE: Rivoli Veronese.
VINE PROTECTION METHODS: Integrated pest management; controlled environmental impact.
HARVEST PERIOD: Last ten days of August.
PRODUCTION METHOD: Soft pressing of the grapes and careful selection of the free-run juice. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12°C for around 20 days, followed by cooling of the wine to below 5°C. Maturation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Natural tartaric stabilisation.
ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
COLOUR: A golden yellow, with some copper highlights.
NOSE: Ripe yellow-fleshed fruit (apricots and peaches) and pineapple, as well as fresh white wild flowers.
FLAVOUR: Fleshy and mouth-filling, with a long and assertive tangy finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Elaborate pasta or rice dishes with meat or fish sauces, white meats, and recipes using Oriental aromas.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°-12°C.
