Check-in is from 2 to 6 pm, giving you a large margin for your arrival. Check-out is before 10 am. Please respect these times so we have time to prepare the room perfectly for the next guests.

We do not have a laundry service on the premises.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit will not be returned, but rather converted into a voucher that can be used for a holiday of the same length within 12 months, subject to availability. After this period, the deposit will be retained. For no-shows, payment of the entire cost of the booking will be requested as a penalty. Please note that only written cancellations (email or post) are valid. For any changes, please contact us in advance.

Unfortunately, pets cannot stay at the facility. Thank you for your understanding. We are available for any further need or additional information.

There is free, ample parking available on the premises, convenient for guests arriving by car. The car park is located just steps from the entrance and booking is not necessary.
There are no charging towers for electric vehicles.
